Partnership with Webshed.
Three ways to collaborate — from a simple client referral to a full-fledged web department for your agency. Choose what fits you best.

Refer a client. Get paid.
Know a business that needs a website — whether they don't have one at all or their old one is no longer bringing in clients? Introduce us, and we'll take it from there: the client calls, the project estimation, and status updates at every step so you always know how things are going.
You get 15% of every payment the client makes to us for their first project — from the deposit, each milestone, and the final payment, rather than one lump sum at the end. On a typical €3,500 project, that's €525 arriving as the client pays, not all at once months later.
There are no limits on the number of referrals and no cap on your earnings. The money arrives within 5 business days after every client payment. You don't need to manage the deal — once you introduce us, we handle the entire project from the first call to the final delivery.
How to pass a contact: fill out the form below — tell us who you're referring and briefly describe their business — or email us directly at info@brainysolutions.net with the client's name and contact details. No forms or contracts to sign — we'll contact the client ourselves and keep you in the loop.
Who this is for: absolutely anyone — former clients, accountants, consultants, entrepreneur friends — anyone who knows a business that needs a website right now.

Your agency's dev team without hiring staff
Run a branding, marketing, or creative agency and constantly turn down web projects (or struggle to deliver them perfectly) because development isn't your core expertise? We build the website, you keep the client relationship — under NDA, completely invisible, at a wholesale rate.
Send us a brief — or fill out our brief — and we'll provide a fixed project price within 48 hours and an exact timeline, leaving enough margin for you when setting the final price for your client.
We work under NDA with intermediate checkpoints so you can see the progress before the final delivery, not just a link in your inbox on deadline day. No contact with the end client from our side, no branding, no authorship credits — the only name the client sees is your agency's.
You pay one figure, we invoice you directly; how much you charge the client on top is entirely your business, we don't need visibility into that. Payment happens upon completion and approval of each milestone (for smaller projects, as one lump sum upon delivery), so you pay for accepted results rather than upfront for work not yet done.
Who this is for: agencies that occasionally get web requests outside their core specialisation and prefer reliable subcontracting over hiring a developer for rare projects.

One agency, one team — your outsourced web department
For a deeper relationship than one-off subcontracting: we become your agency's actual web development department — getting priority on every web project you take on, a fixed monthly retainer instead of per-project invoices, and a working relationship close enough that we understand your clients and standards without repeated explanations.
In practice, this means: the retainer is tailored to your typical project volume — reviewed quarterly as your workload changes, rather than renegotiated from scratch every time something new comes in.
Our experience with various agencies allows us to quickly scale the team for workload spikes — without losing quality or spending ages onboarding new people. We work in the format that suits you best: using an agile methodology with short sprints (Scrum) — or a classic Waterfall model with a clear technical brief and fixed milestones, depending on what aligns better with your process.
This is intentionally exclusive — we are looking for one, at most two such agency partnerships, not a broad network. In exchange for this depth of commitment, visibility is truly negotiable from the start (and won't change later without your knowledge): a completely invisible white-label approach — or co-branding that your clients will see, depending on what best fits your positioning.
Who this is for: an established marketing agency with a steady stream of web requests and no in-house developer.
